Josi Garcia

Josi Garcia has been a BCBA since 2007 and has a Masters in Education (MEd) in Special Education with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). She has 17 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in the clinical setting as well as the educational setting. She has consulted with many schools and administration on improving systems as well as individual behavior plans for children with challenging behaviors. She specializes in Acceptance Commitment Training with adults and adolescents and conducts individual sessions with individuals looking to change harmful or challenging behavior patterns.  She enjoys teaching Behavior courses at Lehigh Carbon Community College and is committed to furthering general knowledge about how the science of behavior can improve daily living. 

In her free time she enjoys spoiling her Frenchie, gardening, enjoying good food around the table with good friends, and hiking with her husband and two children. 

 
 

Sandy Hulick

Sandy is a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst who has over 15 years of experience working in the Special Education field, specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis.   She has experience working with children,adolescents and young adults.  She began working in both private and public schools settings before venturing into home supervision and community based therapy. She has created and supervised both life skills programs and social skills groups for her adolescent and high school aged students. Her experience includes working with various disabilities such as Autism, ADHD, behavioral/emotional challenges and cognitive disabilities. She is dedicated to students and their families providing both parent training seminars and education advocacy.  

Sandy is dedicated to fostering independence and improving the quality of life for her students while providing support for their families.

Sandy enjoys cooking for her husband and two children, home decorating or chasing after her three dogs in her free time. 

 
 

Jen Davis

Jen, BS, COTA/L is a graduate of DeSales University where she received her Bachelors degree in Psychology and Lehigh Carbon Community College, where she received her Associates degree as an Occupational Therapy Assistant. Jen specializes in Pediatrics and has over 20 years of experience helping individuals with Autism, Emotional Disturbance and Intellectual Disability. 

Jen started as an in-home support specialist helping children and adults with disabilities and as a teacher’s assistant in an Autistic support classroom. Then after graduating from LCCC in 2005 Jen spent the first 9 years of her therapy career working in the schools and the past 5 years working at a local Outpatient Pediatric clinic specializing in sensory integration. Jen is certified in Interactive Metronome (home & clinic), Therapeutic Listening, Integrated Listening Systems, The Safe and Sound Protocol and is a Certified DIR Basic Floortime Practitioner.

Jen lives in Quakertown with her husband Ryan, their two children and their dog Sage. In her spare time Jen enjoys volunteering at her son’s preschool, gardening, camping and going on fun adventures with her family.

Leah Naylor

Filled with a passion for learning and teaching, Leah has worked professionally in Education for more than 18 years in a variety of settings from preschools and after school tutoring centers to elementary schools and at the college level.  Upon receiving a Bachelors degree in Children and Family Studies and a Masters in Elementary Education from New York University, Leah has taught in the New York City Public Schools, Denver (Colorado) Public Schools, Pennsylvania schools. and most presently, at Muhlenberg College.  Her goal is to guide and encourage shared experiences and explorations where children (and really anyone) can flourish and grow authentically.  Leah’s involvement in the schools range from ECE through 6th grade and on to College level courses based on teaching and inspiring children.  

Aside from working with children, Leah has co-owned and operated a local Yoga Studio, West End Yoga Center, for more than twelve years in hopes of spreading and sharing Yoga and tools of self-acceptance and love throughout the valley.  She is presently in the midst of her Doctoral work in Educational Studies and reading and exploring more about education than ever before. Above anything else, Leah enjoys being surrounded by the love and support of her husband and three children while on bikes, hikes, in the water or exploring the world.
