Starts 5/2, Thursdays in May and June for 8 weeks, 5-6pm

This group will be a safe place to be heard and work on navigating difficult social dynamics. This group is geared toward teens ages 12-15 but individuals outside of this age range may be considered upon request. Activities will be hands on and will include starting conversations, listening to others, reading nonverbal social cues, recognizing emotions in self and others, managing stress and anxiety, building healthy relationships, handling conflicts, and advocating for oneself.
