Join music therapist Danny Joseph, MA, MT-BC for a fall music group at ZimZum! This will be a group for exploration of how we can utilize music to come together and socialize with other kids in a fun, thoughtful, meaningful, and safe way. We'll be connecting through playing musical instruments, making our own original songs, listening to songs you love, and playing new versions of them. We'll also be exploring what it's like to combine mindfulness with music and seeing how we can use music to de-stress and harbor a sense of relaxation in our daily lives. No prior musical skills are necessary - ALL are welcome.
